- Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests bids for the 'JVWTP Washwater Reclaim Pump Station #2 HVAC Upgrades' project. This project includes the demolition of an existing HVAC rooftop unit and the furnishing and installation of a new unit. The work location is a pump building situated at the Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant in Herriman, Utah. This project also includes the installation of skylight guards on the pump building. Contract Documents may be obtained via electronic download beginning November 20th, 2025, from the District's website at www.jvwcd.org under the 'Engineering Projects' link. Prospective bidders must register at the District's web site under the project to receive project notifications and addenda. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 3:00 pm, on December 15, 2025. Bids may also be submitted via email to ellisad@jvwcd.gov. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
