Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider public input regarding the adoption of an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plans Impact Fee Analyses, and Amended Impact Fees for Sanitary Sewer.
The hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the City Offices located at 319 S. Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045. Following the public hearing, the City Council will vote on whether to approve the items.
The Impact Fees Facilities Plan, executive summary of the Impact Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, executive summaries of the Impact Fee Analysis, and a draft of the proposed enactment/ordinance wherein the amended impact fees are enacted are available at the Saratoga Springs Public Library building at 1307 N Commerce Dr. Suite 100, on the City's website at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov and upon request.
