- The Members of the Board of Canvassers hereby declare that the candidate for Mayor receiving the highest vote totals is Paul Binns and is hereby declared duly elected. The two (2) candidates for City Council at-large receiving the highest vote totals are James Harrison and Rachel Freeman, and are hereby declared duly elected.
