Notice of General Election for 2026.
1. FEDERAL
a. U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. One Representative for a two (2) year term in the following U.S.
Congressional District:
i. Second District. The Second District consists of Box Elder, Cache, Davis, and Rich Counties, as
well as a portion of Weber County.
2. STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION. One State Board of Education member for a four (4) year term from the
following State School District:
a. District One (1) consists of Box Elder, Cache, Morgan, and Rich Counties, as well as a portion
of Summit County.
3. LOCAL
a. Board of Education. One member for a four (4) year term from each of the following local school
board districts:
i. Local School Board #3
ii. Local School Board #4
4. JUDICIAL
a. Juvenile Court. There will be a retention election for Juvenile Court Judges in the following
Districts, provided that the incumbent whose term is expiring files during the filing period:
i. First District. One (1) Judge in the First Judicial District, which consists of Box Elder,
Cache, and Rich Counties.
b. Justice Court. Any Justice Court Judge whose term is expiring shall be subject to an unopposed
retention election in Rich County.
5. COUNTY
a. County. The following positions will be elected for a four (4) year term:

ii. Commissioner B
iii. Sheriff
iv. Attorney
v. Clerk/Auditor
