NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ADOPTION OF
THE 2026 CACHE COUNTY BUDGET
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated ยง 17-63-301 to -305, as amended, that the Cache County Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for consideration of Resolution 2025-43 - Approving and Adopting the 2026 Cache County Budget at 5:30 p.m. in the Cache County Historic Courthouse Council Chambers, 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah 84321, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
All interested parties may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion relative to the proposed budget. Copies of the proposed budget are on file for public inspection in the Cache County Finance Department located at:
