NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed boundary change for the Gateway Redevelopment Area, to remove a portion of a city-owned open space parcel (Parcel 33-09-201-020-0000) from the Area, as described below:
BEGINNING AT A POINT SOUTH 330.00 FEET AND EAST 1,224 FEET THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 6°18'14' EAST 47.22 FEET; THENCE EAST 90.81 FEET; NORTH 46.94 FEET; THENCE 96.00 FEET WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (+/-) 4,384.32 SQUARE FEET, 0.10 ACRES.

Property tax revenue resulting from an increase in valuation of property within the project area or proposed project area will be paid to the agency for project area development rather than to the taxing entity to which the tax revenue would otherwise have been paid if the taxing entity committee consents to the project area budget or one or more taxing entities agree to share the property tax revenue under an interlocal agreement and the project area plan provides for the agency to receive tax increment. You are invited to submit comments to the agency concerning the subject matter of this hearing before the date of the hearing.
