NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE 2026 BUDGET AND PROPOSED FEE INCREASES FOR WEBER-BOX ELDER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Utah Code Section 17B-1-643, the Board of Trustees of Weber-Box Elder Conservation District 'the district', part of the Pineview Water Systems, will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2026 Budget and fee increases. The tentative budget is available for public inspection and may be examined during the regular business hours at the office of the district. The district is proposing an increase in the annual irrigation service and use fees for those lands within the district's service area. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow public comments regarding the proposed budget and fee increases. All interested people shall be given the opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should call Tamera Martinson at (801) 622-4348 giving at least three working days notice. The Public Hearing will be held at the district's office, 471 West 2nd Street, Ogden, Utah, on December 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
