- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of November 18, 2025, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: Ordinance 25-66 (11-18-25) Amending the Standard and Technical Specifications and Drawing Manual for the City. Ordinance 25-67 (11-18-25) Adopting and amendment to the Land use Map of the General Plan and Adopting an amendment to the official Zoning Map of the City for Hidden Landing Phase 2. Ordinance 25-68 (11-18-25) Adopting an amendment to the Land use Map of the General Plan and Adopting an amendment to the official Zoning Map of the City for Harbor Springs. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs administration building notice board.
