Department Budget Summary for FY26 Peter Clegg will provide an overview of the department's FY26 budget, highlighting significant budget request items and key considerations for the upcoming fiscal year. Attachments 1. 2026 HS budget slides.pdf B. Updated OpenGov Document for FY26 Human Services will review the updated OpenGov MGP prepared for the FY26 cycle. Seeking HSAC's support in adopting the newly proposed goals, which have been revised to align with the County's strategic priorities. Attachments 1. Development of the Behavioral Health Area Plan Peter will discuss the development of the Behavioral Health Area Plan and is seeking input from HSAC on ways to involve our community partners and the public. This feedback will help guide the creation of the plan required by OSUMH and ensure it reflects local needs and priorities. 8. Action Items A. COAR Grant Funding Recommendations The subcommittee will present the outcomes of the COAR grant scoring process and request approval of their recommended funding awards.
