- The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Resolution 2025-06, a Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
