MOUNTAIN REGIONAL WATER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District will hold a Public Hearing to consider adoption of its amended 2025 operating and capital budgets; and adoption of its 2026 operating, debt service and capital budgets by the Summit County Council. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6:00p.m. at the anchor location of the Sheldon Richins Building Auditorium, 1885 West Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 and electronically, via Zoom: To view Council meeting, live, visit the 'Summit County, Utah' Facebook page OR To participate in Council meeting: Join Zoom webinar: https://zoom.us/j/772302472 OR To listen by phone only: Dial 1-301-715-8592, Webinar ID: 772 302 472 All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the tentative amended 2025 operating and capital budgets and the 2026 operating, debt service and capital budgets are available for public review from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, in the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District offices located at 5739 Paintbrush Road, Park City, Utah or on the District's website at mtnregionalwaterutah.gov. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Mountain Regional Water Special Service District will make reasonable accommodations for all to participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 435-940-1916 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
