Notice of Budget Hearings
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-36-12, Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council will hold public hearings for the purpose of adopting a budget for the calendar year 2026 and adjustments for the 2025 calendar year.
The public hearings will be held at anchor locations:

Wednesday, December 10, 2025, 6:00 PM
Summit County Courthouse

The hearings will be for the following funds of Summit County: County General Fund; Municipal Fund; Assessing and Collecting; Health; Open Space Capital; General Agent Capital; Transient Room Tax; Restaurant Tax; Arts and Recreation Tax; Housing Authority; Capital Projects General and Municipal Funds; Fleet Lease Fund; Tax Stability Fund; Service Area #6; Service Area #8; Wildland Fire; Echo Sewer Special Service District; and any other necessary budgets for 2024 and 2025. Copies of the proposed budget are on file in the Summit County Finance Office. Any and all persons are invited to participate in said hearings.
