- Library Board Meeting 5400 W Civic Center Dr Highland, UT 84003 The regularly scheduled Library Board Meeting for November 20 2025, has been CANCELLED. In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION Members of the City Council may participate electronically during this meeting.
