Notice of Public Hearings
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm and Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
Zone Changes:
Giles Zone Change
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal that involves changing the zoning from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to accommodate the development of a duplex at 32 North 200 East.
Swenson Property Zone Change
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal that involves a request to change the zoning from R-R Rural Residential to I-1 Light Industrial on a property located at 1730 West SR-77.
Title 15 Amendment:
Title 15 Old Dominion
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal that involves amending the City's fencing requirements for a property located at 3658 North 1730 West.
General Plan Amendment:
WATER USE & PRESERVATION ELEMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council for a proposal that a Water Use and Conservation Element be incorporated into the City's General Plan. By adding this new element, Spanish Fork City aims to formally integrate water conservation and sustainable water management into its overall planning efforts. This addition will align with state requirements and support the City's goal of reducing water use, promoting efficient development patterns, and ensuring a reliable and sustainable water supply for future generations.
These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
