Description/Agenda: CEDAR CITY CORPORATION NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES Due to the expected departure of its current public defender, Cedar City is seeking proposals from licensed attorneys to provide indigent defense counsel for defendants where Cedar City initiates prosecution. Defense services are scheduled to commence January 22, 2026. All proposals must be turned in to the Cedar City Attorney's Office no later than December 12, 2025.
