1. The Alta Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on proposed amendments to Town of Alta Code, including: adoption of the 2006 Utah Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Code; designation of a local WUI boundary; and amendments to Titles 8 and 9 to adopt the Wildland Urban Interface Code and allow for defensible space.
Materials including the rezone petition and draft ordinances are available for review on the Town's website, www.townofalta.utah.gov and in the Town Office at 10201 East Highway 210 during normal business hours.

Public comment - please note, each person will be able to speak for up to 3 minutes on each item.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Jen Clancy at 801-742-6011. The Town of Alta will provide an interpreter for the hearing impaired upon seven (7) days notice.
