Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:40 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 14: Parking Standards. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: NA
Other Information: The Fillmore City Council reserves the right to move any agenda item forward. Any item, regardless of how stated on the agenda may be acted on by the City Council at this meeting. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuan
