The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinances 32-2 and 32-9 pertaining to the installation of sidewalks in subdivisions and PUDs. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 32-9 pertaining to the required width of Public Utility Easements in commercial and industrial zones. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1) in the vicinity of 4500 West and 800 North. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider zone changes from General Commercial (GC) to Residential Dwelling - Multiple Units (R-3-M) for the addresses of 496, 498, 502, and 510 North 400 West. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a General Plan change from Natural Open Space to Central Commercial and a zone change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Central Commercial (CC) for a property in the vicinity of 2700 S Cedar Blvd. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider updating and amending the Water Use and Preservation Element of the City's General Plan. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its December 3, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider annexing 19.18 acres of land located at approximately 3000 N 400 W. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
