CITY OF MOAB PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED CITY OF MOAB RESOLUTION 17-2025 The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 1st, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Resolution 2025-17 - A Resolution Adopting the Grand County Non-Motorized Trails Master Plan as Prepared by the Grand County Active Transportation and Trails Department. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Commission concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place. Written public comment may be directed to the Planning Department at planning@moacity.org. To ensure that the Planning Commission has the opportunity to review written comments prior to the meeting, written comments will only be accepted until 5 pm the day prior to the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder's Office at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
