- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING In accordance with Title 17B, Utah Code annotated, 1953 as amended, the governing authority of the Springville Irrigation District will hold its annual public meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Springville City multi-use room, 110 S. Main, Springville. The hearing for the 2026 budget will be held, the annual report will be given, as well as other business. Calvin V. Crandall, Chairman Springville Irrigation District
