- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 12, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-19: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5173 WEST 3500 SOUTH FROM A (AGRICULTURE, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 1/2 ACRE) TO R-1-7 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 7,000 SQ FT). The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
