- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on October 28, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-30: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF LOTS 33-44 AND A PORTION OF LOT 45 OF THE LEHMAN SUBDIVISION. SAID AMENDMENT WILL INCLUDE THE VACATION OF A 5-FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF SAID LOTS. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
