- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 26, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-24: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4048 SOUTH 4800 WEST FROM R-1-8 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MIN. LOT SIZE 8,000 SQ. FT.) AND C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) TO R-1-7 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MIN. LOT SIZE 7,000 SQ FT). The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
