Budget Adoption Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to sections 17-63-303 of the Utah Code Annotated, the Morgan County, Utah 2026 tentative budget is available for public inspection at the Clerk/Auditor's Office in room 18 of the Morgan County Building in Morgan, Utah. Pursuant to Utah Code 17-66-401 as amended, notice is hereby given by the Board of Morgan County Commissioners, Morgan, Utah that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Commission Chambers, 48 W Young Street, Morgan, Utah to consider planned compensation increase for Executive County Officers as defined in Utah Code 17-66-401 in the 2026 budget. Pursuant to 17-63-304 and 17-63-305 of the Utah Code Annotated, the Morgan County Commission has scheduled to hold a public hearing for open discussion related to the adoption of the proposed 2026 budget immediately following the public hearing for the planned increase of compensation for Executive County Officers.
