AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A MEDIUM-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE. - C. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 030, CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE. - 5.
