NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Roy City hereby gives notice of the intent to consider real property owned by the City to be sold/exchanged.
The 'significant parcel' (as defined by the Roy City Municipal Code) is being considered for exchange. Parcel # 1 (Parcel No. 08-031-0061) contains approximately 0.61 acres and is located approximately at Midland Drive and 3900 South in Roy, Utah. Parcel # 2 (Parcel No. 08-022-0044) contains approximately 5.23 acres and is located approximately at 2400 W and 4000 South in Roy, Utah. Parcel 3 (Parcel No. 08-022-0018) contains approximately 3.04 acres and is located at approximately 2400 W and 4000 South in Roy, Utah.
A detailed legal description is available in the City Recorder's Office located in the Roy City Offices. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah.
Comments may be submitted in writing to admin@royutah.gov.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input and obtaining Council approval.
