Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. This is a public meeting, and action may be taken on agenda items listed below.

27. Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns. Each resident will have 3 minutes to speak. The Council will allow each speaker to finish before responding, ensuring respect for each participant's allotted time.

29. Note: State law prohibits the Council from acting on items not listed on the agenda.

1. Discussion with David Gellner, engineer with Rocky Mt. Power, who will give a brief presentation and update about the route through Genola and the overall process.
2. Discussion and possible action on a discussion with David Zeeman regarding lighting heights and restrictions.
3. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to Developmental Standards ordinance 2025-08.
4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2025-09, a proposed amendment to the R-1 Zoning and building in a public utility easement.
5. Discussion and possible action on adopting Ordinance 2025-10, an ordinance for floodplain regulations.
6. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the Cemetery Policies and Procedures, including software to improve record-keeping and provide internet access for locating graves and related information.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding Strawberry Valley Project and water requirements for development.

- The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting.

- Pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
- Purchase, exchange, or lease of real property.
