LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'Layton City: West Davis Corridor Landscape Projects, Project 25-01.' The project includes the installation of stamped and concrete pathways, curbing, an auto railing, and solar street lighting; construction of a kiosk; and the installation of site amenities including benches, a bike rack, a bike repairs stand, a 2-rail fence, and various landscaping improvements.
Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the questcdn.com website, under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the City prior to Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM - MST. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be given a password to purchase and download the bid documents. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not meet prequalification requirements.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:30 PM MST on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in the office of Layton City Parks and Recreation, 465 N. Wasatch Drive, Layton, UT 84041 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bidders will be required to furnish a 5% bid bond. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not meet prequalification requirements.

Documents may be viewed at no cost prior to deciding to become a Planholder. All bidders must meet prequalification requirements to be granted access to submit a bid. Bidders must be a Planholder registered with QuestCDN.com, and purchase the contract documents in digital form at a cost of $30.00. Registering as a Planholder is also recommended for suppliers and subcontractors. Planholder's will receive automatic notice of addenda and other contract document updates via QuestCDN.
