NOTICE OF A REGULAR AMENDED AGENDA ARCH COMMISSION MEETING November 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard ARCH Commission will hold a regularly scheduled ARCH Commission meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. [IGNORE_INDENT] 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of October 23rd, 2025 3. WORK SESSION 3.1. ARCH Grant Evaluation Sheet 4. PRESENTATIONS 4.1. ARCH Grant Presentation - Supplies for a Better Future Foundation 4.2. ARCH Grant Presentation - Atomic Athletics 4.3. ARCH Grant Presentation - Vineyard Library 4.4. ARCH Grant Presentation - Vineyard Heritage Foundation 4.5. ARCH Grant Presentation - Carry on 4.6. ARCH Grant Presentation - Vineyard City 4.7. ARCH Grant Presentation - Utah Valley Symphony 4.8. ARCH Grant Presentation - Utah Lake Foundation 4.9. ARCH Grant Presentation - Friends of the Library 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 5.1. Amendments to ARCH Bylaws Staff is recommending some amendments to the ARCH Bylaws to allow for greater clarity on approved funding options for the ARCH Grant, align with ARCH code, provide new amendments to the ARCH Leadership positions, and amend the amount of time required for notice prior to an ARCH meeting. 5.2. ARCH Assignments To empower the ARCH Commissioners and allow for added value to Vineyard to residents, Staff worked with the current ARCH Chair to create ARCH Assignments. 5.3. Determine ARCH Leadership Roles for 2026 The ARCH Commission is in need to designate an individual to serve as Commission Chair and an individual to serve as Commission Vice Chair 5.4. Schedule needed for 2026 ARCH Commission Meetings ARCH Commission shall determine meeting dates for 2026 calendar year. 6. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 6.1. Parks & Rec Director Update 6.2. Event Manager Updates 7. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 7.1. Review of Holiday Events 8. ADJOURNMENT This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all ARCH Commission meetings.
