- Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, to discuss a proposed transfer of real property to Lake Mountain School District. Public comments may be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. The meeting will take place at the City Council chambers located at 319 S. Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. City Council members may attend electronically per City regulations. The real property proposed to be transferred to Lake Mountain School District is identified as Lot 3A of Saratoga Crossroads No. 3 Subdivision, Utah County Parcel Nos. 66:057:0001, 66:057:0002, and 66:057:0003. Questions regarding this notice may be directed to the City of Saratoga Springs Legal Department, 801-766-9793.
