- Request for Proposals HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractors The R6 Regional Council Weatherization Program is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors to support upcoming Weatherization and Crisis projects. Bid submissions will be accepted until December 10 at 5:00 p.m. All proposals must be submitted electronically to: Curt Dalley, Weatherization Coordinator Email: cdalley@r6.utah.gov Phone: 435-893-0741 (for questions) An in-person training and Q&A session will be held on December 2, 2025, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Contractors who plan to attend should RSVP to: Kimberly Cornell Phone: 435-893-0700 Email: kcornell@r6.utah.gov Attendance is encouraged but not required. Qualified contractors must be able to provide, upon contract award, the following documentation: Current professional license Proof of liability insurance SAM.gov registration number Bid packets may be requested by contacting cdalley@r6.utah.gov.
