Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 6:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Justice Court (Justice Court, 81 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah) to receive input on the following proposed petition(s): PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. ORDINANCE 639, Proposal to amend the Box Elder County General Plan to ensure compliance with Utah Code Ann. §17-79-403 and include a water use and preservation element. Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of these petitions may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
