- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 19th day of November 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Discussion and possible approval of minutes from the meetings on September 17, 2025 and October 15, 2025. 5. Discussion and possible approval of meetings dates for 2026. 6. Discussion and possible approval of possibility of plans, parcel division, setback requirements for Shalee Johansen. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 17th day of November, 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
