- Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-25-012, request to convert an existing non-complying accessory structure into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 2861 S 2700 E by applicant Meleana Tuimoala.
