The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting held Wednesday, September 17, 2025. D. Discuss an Application to Amend the Oak City Zoning Map to Change Property Located at Approximately 555 W 100 N from Ag-4 to RR-1 (1 acre) - Bonnie Nielson. E. Discuss the Draft of the Updated Annexation Policy for Oak City Town in Preparation for Adopting it in December - Jess Peterson, R6. F. Discuss the Draft of the Updated Oak City General Plan in Preparation for Adopting in December. G. Miscellaneous. H.
