- Southwest Mosquito Abatement and Control District has scheduled a Public Hearing for the 2026 District budget and amendments to the 2025 District budget on Thursday, December 11th at 4 p.m., located at 1460 S. Sandhill Dr., Washington, Utah. Citizens are encouraged to attend and to provide oral, written, or mail-in comments. For information concerning the budget or amendments as well as special needs accommodations, please contact District Administrator, Sean Amodt at 435-627- 0076.
