Review current income & expenses. 3. Approval of October 13, 2025 minutes. 4. Public input (limit 15 minutes). 5. Discuss Election results and certification of election. 6. Review preliminary 2026 budget 7. Discuss using lead and copper funding, to purchase equipment trailer, and pay future rental of equipment. 8. Discuss matching higher out of pocket cost in 2026 medical insurance. 9. Discuss adding an employee uniform expense in 2026 budget 10. System O&M reports. Billing issues Operational Issues Infrastructure Water availability 11. Executive session as needed. Adjourn.
