CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON NOVEMBER 18, 2025 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Compensation Schedule Amendments - Code Enforcement Officer Consider amendments to Compensation Schedule to add the new position and compensation range for Code Enforcement Officer - Ordinance No. 2025-14. 3. Procurement Policy Amendments - Updates to Bid Limits for Public Works and Class C Road Projects Consider proposed amendments to Centerville Procurement Policy to update bid limits for Public Works and Class C Road Projects - Resolution No. 2025-18. 4. Procurement Policy Amendments - Increases to Approval Limits Consider proposed amendments to Centerville Procurement Policy to update approval limits for expenditures - Resolution No. 2025-19 F. SUMMARY ACTION Items of a summary or routine nature may be approved by summary action of the Council unless otherwise pulled from summary action for separate discussion. 1. Bond Reduction - Centerville Flex Subdivision - Start Warranty Bond Reduction #2 and Start of Warranty for Centerville Flex Subdivision in the amount of $78,800.00 2. Bond Reduction - Centerville Flex Site Plan - Buildings #2 & #3 Consider Bond Reduction #3 (Final - No Warranty Required) for Centerville Flex Site Plan - Buildings #2 & #3 in the amount of $120,000.00 3. Bid Award - Parrish Creek PDO Amended Culinary Waterline Consider the bid award for Parrish Creek PDO Amended Culinary Waterline to Tom Stuart Construction in the amount $77,887.00 4. Bid Award - Lift Station & Sub-drain Relocation on Frontage Road Consider the bid award for Lift Station & Sub-drain Relocation on Frontage Road to Smooth Stone Construction in the amount of $1,726,037.31 5. Bid Award - Parrish Creek Waterline Amended (parts) Consider the bid award for the Parrish Creek Waterline Amended parts to Core & Main in the amount of $39,498.18. 6. Bid Award - Flouride Removal Consider the bid award for fluoride removal from the well houses to Safety Kleen in the total amount of $34,411.90 7. Police Department Body Camera Purchase Consider the purchase of body camera equipment for the Police Department in the amount of $87,913.75 8. Police Department Patrol Rifle Purchase Consider the purchase of 22 patrol rifles and suppressors for the Police Department in the amount of $38,382.00 G. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted. Minutes review and approval shall comply with the Centerville City Minutes Approval Policy. 1. COUNCIL REPORT City Council members may report on meetings or events attended in their official capacity. 1. MAYOR REPORT The Mayor may report on meetings or events attended in the Mayor's official capacity. J. CITY MANAGER REPORT The City Manager may provide information or notice of current events or incidents impacting the City. K. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. L.
