- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday November 24, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to rezone approximately 10.66 acres of property located at approximately 3362 N 5100 E from the Agricultural Valley AV-3 zone to the Forest Residential FR-3 zone, along with a proposed development agreement and concept site and building plans. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed online at https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/24140 or in the Weber County Planning Division Office, located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.
