The Ivins City Council will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M.

B. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-23, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, regarding the allocation of certain RAP Tax Funds
C. Discussion regarding the Arts Commission's recommendation for the safety crosswalk project to be located at the Red Mountain and Center Street crosswalks and roundabout
D. Continued discussion to consider approval of expenditure to purchase Verkada security system
E. Continued discussion regarding potential changes to Ivins Land Use and Development Ordinances
F. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-24, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, establishing procedures to fill the 2026 City Council seat midterm vacancy created by the resignation of Kevin Smith to assume the duties of Ivins City Mayor
G. Discuss and consider approval of in-person City representation at the weekly Legislative Policy Committee (LPC) during the Utah legislative session
H. Discuss and consider authorization of expenditures for the Animal Shelter expansion
