SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
MEETING AS BOARD OF CANVASSERS
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a special council meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening.
2. Canvass of the Kaysville City Municipal General Election results, held on November 4, 2025, as prepared by the Davis County Clerk's Office.
3. Adjournment.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
A member of the governing body may participate in meetings by telephone providing that at least three members of the City Council are present in person at the meeting, no more than two members of the governing body participate by telephone, and if the Mayor is participating by telephone, the governing body shall elect one of the members physically present to preside over the meeting as Mayor pro-tempore.
