- AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency will hold a Regular Meeting commencing at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday November 19, 2025 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may partcipate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER A. Approve Minutes from October 22, 2025. 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Review of 2026 RDA Budget- Shirlene Larsen B. RDA Resolution #25-01 to Adopt Tentative Budget-Shirlene Larsen 3. PUBLIC HEARING A.
