Town of Goshen Council Goshen Town Hall October 14, 2025 Town Council Meeting 7:00 PM A. Pledge of Allegiance- Alisha Williams B. Prayer - Jonathan Maclee C. Disclosures- N/A D. Public Input/ Reports, Non agenda items (limited to three minutes)- Dave Okelberry mentioned a well that was dug out by the motocross arena in the canyon by our spring, in the same area as they have a gravel pit going on. It was added that this will be looked into as know one knew about the well. 1. Approval of Minutes- September 9, 2025- Jonathan motions, Alisha seconds, all in favor. 2. Quarterly Financial Reports-Rachel handed out the report for the council to review. It just needs to be presented, no action to take on this item. 3. Council Updates- Steven- Water fill station- meter and sale of bulk water is almost done, we might possibly need to revisit the fee schedule for this and add things to it. There is some money left over still from the grant money and they are looking at putting in 12 more hydrants and a possible one for the transfer station. Legion hall- getting committee together will demo it and salvage the bricks with people's names on them for a memorial wall or something to remember history by. The committee met tonight for the first time and came back with going to draw and plan it out with rough drafts. Using things to do a memorial piece(s) they feel would benefit with future projects. Alisha mentioned that volleyball is going and starting out good, getting ready for that and then Jr Jazz basketball is soon to. All is good. F. Adjournment to work session-JC motions, Randy seconds, all in favor.
