- Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests bids for the 'Rosecrest Pipeline Capacity Upgrades' project. The work includes installing about 8,000 feet of 24' welded steel pipeline, constructing several new concrete vaults, roadway work, and other related appurtenances for a fully functioning new drinking water pipeline. Contract Documents may be obtained via electronic download beginning November, 14, 2025, from the District's website at www.jvwcd.org under the 'Engineering Projects' link. Prospective bidders must register at the District's web site under the project to receive project notifications and addenda. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 2:00 pm, on December 16, 2025. Bids may also be submitted via email to ellisad@jvwcd.org.
