- Budget Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the Duchesne County Tentative 2026 Budget (ALL FUNDS) will be held in the Commission Chambers, County Administration Building, 734 North Center, Duchesne, Utah, on December 8, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. The said budget of all funds will be available for public inspection in the office of the County Clerk-Auditor from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except weekends and holidays.
