BUDGET HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING FOR THE ELK MEADOWS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that the Elk Meadows Special Service District Administrative Control Board will hold a Budget Hearing on Friday December 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. The Budget Hearing will follow the Regular Meeting, scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the Budget Hearing is to receive public comment on the following: Open and make adjustments to the 2025 Annual Budget and adopt the 2026 Annual Budget for the Elk Meadows Special Service District. A copy of the Tentative Annual Budget for 2026 is available for inspection at the office of David White, District Accountant, at 190 North 100 East, Beaver, Utah. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend. By order of the Elk Meadows Special Service District Administrative Control Board.
