- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of November 12, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. ORDINANCE 2025-18: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-2-5 OF THE TOWN CODE MODIFYING USER FEES AND CHARGES FOR SECONDARY WATER SERVICES AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
