- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given; Green River City will hold a recount of the electoral votes for the 2025 General Election that was held on November 4, 2025. Reason for Recount: The margin between the apparent winner and the next candidate was only one vote, and the candidate requested a recount. Time and Place of Recount: The recount will begin on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Emery County Court House, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah. We appreciate the cooperation of all parties to ensure that this recount is conducted in a transparent, accurate, and orderly manner.
