- NOTICE & AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 18, 2025 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review & Discuss & Approve: Town Council Meeting Minutes - October 15, 2025 3. Review & Approve: Monthly Financials - October 2025 4. Department and Council Member Reports: Kody Winkle (Parks) Joe Reynolds (Water) David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) 5. Canvass of the 2025 General Election 6. Approve: Canvass Results of the 2025 General Election 7. Discuss & Approve: Town Council Meeting Schedule for 2026 8. Review & Discuss: Council meeting in December 9. Review & Discuss: January - a. Annual holiday party - January (Big Daddy's?) b. Swearing in of new council members - January 7 10. Review & Discuss: Fall community party - 2026 11. Review & Discuss & Approve: New tables in community center 12. Review & Discuss: Issues with overflow water from the tank to Annabella Canal 13. Review & Discuss: Jones & DeMille - Current coding updates 14.
