Main St. Welcome and Introductions: George Chipman Attending: Excused Absence: Reverence: Minutes Approval: Reports: Legal The following Committee Members and Officers were approved for appointment by the City Council on 2/7/12: Seat #3 replacing Tyler Anderson due to resignation with one year remaining: (still open) Seat #4 due to expiration of Nathan Nelson’s three year term: Brad Jaehne Seat #5 due to expiration of Dee Winegar’s one year term: Ryan Lauck Seat #6 due to expiration of Scott Ogilvie’s three year term: Scott Ogilvie Seat #7 replacing Bob Murri due to resignation with two years remaining: Greg Tanner Chair – due to expiration of George Chipman’s one year term: George Chipman Nomination of person to fill Seat #3 for a one-year term: Finance Account Status: $1898 of City allotment available until July 2012. Capital Account = $22,662 Income – $713 from Guide and map sales since 3/1/2011; $40 from polo shirt sales Expense approval – Bay projects: $1000 landscape matting; $500 crusher fines gravel; $400 for 15 trail signs Public Relations Newsletter Articles (due by 5th of previous month) March – Centurion Award to Todd Argyle by Stacey Nielsen April – Harmond’s bike valet service by Scott Ogilvie May -- ? Trails Development Review Committee Report –Tracy and Greg Trail Chief Changes: GWT #30.3: Ryan Lauck Triumph Trail #34: Brad Jaehne North Compton Bridge Repair – complete and under budget at $1330 Meadow View Subdivision trail – alignment worked out with HOA and property owners Buffalo Ranch Trail – extension north of park 20-Year Master Trails Map Update Other Trail Issues – each Trail Chief ? Volunteerism Future Project Ideas: more trees for City streets; medallion markers, hillside trail improvement, stain kiosks, Nature Center. Committee members: each person report ?
